If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we’ll issue you a full refund—no hard feelings, no hassle.
We want you to feel like you made a good investment, and if our product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
- You must request it within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
- You must include your order number or the email used at checkout in your request.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Use (e.g., redistributed or shared the product).
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect refund abuse or violation of the license agreement.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through our contact page with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Product Name]”
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number (if available)
- Email used during checkout
- Reason for your request (optional, but helpful)
We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible—usually within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to show up in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Products purchased as part of a bundle or limited-time promotion (unless otherwise stated)
- Custom or personalized digital products
- Any product accessed or downloaded excessively (to prevent abuse)
